Welcome to HelpButtons.org (“the Software”), a service provided by WATCH OUT FREEDOM, a nonprofit association registered in Spain with tax code G67992032, located at Avda. México 10, Jerez, Cádiz, Spain 11405 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Software.

• Our Software: HelpButtons.org is open-source under the AGPL 3.0 license. You may use, modify, and distribute it per the license terms.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of data or content you submit. By using the Software, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it for providing the service.
• Trademarks: “HelpButtons” and our logos are our property. Do not use them without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted, error-free, or totally secure operation.
• Accuracy of results or total reliability in emergencies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WATCH OUT FREEDOM and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Harm arising from reliance on the Software.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, and without liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jerez de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain.
